USM 2000 Social Event

The social event consists of two parts. Starting at the conference site we will board a party tram waggon of the Munich public transport (MVV) that will drive us through Munich for about an hour. The trip will start at the stop Karolinenplatz within walking distance from the conference venue. The exact time will be announced at the conference as the schedule is tight and is given by the MVV. It will probably be around 5:30 pm. The tram will finally take us to the place where the dinner takes place.

Dinner will be at the "Augustiner-Keller" at Arnulfstr. 52. You can find some information on the beer garden here. The dinner will be not in the beer garden but inside the restaurant. We will arrive there at about 7:00 and it will start about half an hour later. There will be a bavarian buffet with many local specialities of your choice.
